Semi-unitised and curtain-wall systems

Facade Factory Designs and installs a vast range of curtain wall or semi-unitised systems using aluminium, glass and stone, integrating visible and non-visible windows, monolithic glass, double-glazing and laminated glass. At Facade Factory we offers a wide range of finish options such as anodised, pigment colour coatings and fluro-polymer painted finishes. Facade Factory also supplies the "stick system" Facade as well as "unitised systems" in the following applications:

 

Exposed Decorative Capping (E.D.C)

 

A conventional aluminium cover profile that frames the glass panel on its four sides. The aluminium cover profiles are available in many on-the-shelf shapes as well as in custom-made profiles.

 

Structural Glazing (S.G)

 

This is a smooth Facade cladding system with no visible bifurcation on the outer surface. Each glass panel is glued with structural silicon and pressure tape to the frame in a unique process and passed to extensive testing to ascertain the strength and longevity of the structure.

 

Semi-structural Glazing (S.S.G)

 

This system is a unique combination of the conventional aluminium cover profile on the two opposite sides of the glass panel with the "frame-less" structural glazing on the other two opposite sides. Facade Factory offers both horizontal and vertical systems with a large variety of features on the exterior profiles.
