MS work

At Facade Factory we not only make the facade in accordance to the building design but also do civil work correction required to install the facade panels. In order to encase a building with facade it is important that the civil construction of the building has to be in perfect line and level both vertically and horizontally. However practically it is not possible to maintain the accuracy in civil works as the building rises in height. Hence line level correction of a building becomes an important aspect before the installation of facade.

 

Facade Factory does such corrections by installing Mild Steel (MS) structure around such areas in order to facilitate the smooth installation of such facade. We take utmost care in doing structural corrections of pillars and high rise concretes using an effective mesh-work of MS structure with weather coat to avoid corrosion in the long run. After the correction is done we install the facade panels on the MS structure to ensure that the structure is concealed from external exposure keeping in mind the aesthetics of the building and the longevity of the structure.
